Tenement house located at ul. Św. Sebastiana 16 in Kraków is a historical building dating back to 1910. The complex consists of 4 separate houses as well as two internal gardens, which are going to be arranged by the investor and equipped among others with landscape design elements. All buildings included in the residential complex were built from brick. The main tenement house has stucco and ceramic elements performed in Roman technology. Front elevation is decorated with stucco details and includes 6 balconies differentiating themselves by decorative wrought iron railing. Current look of the tenement house refers to the eclecticism, a trend common in the early 20 th century. Historical architectural elements can be noticed among others in the main staircase, where they take the form of historical railing. External and internal woodwork constitutes another feature worth noticing in the building. As a result of investor’s efforts, these elements are going to be renovated and will constitute the pride of tenement house at ul. Św. Sebastiana 16. The investor is going to emphasize the eclectic character of the building and implement modern standards in historical common spaces in order to increase the comfort and convenience of its future inhabitants. The renovation of the tenement house is going to include among others: new installations (water supply and sewerage plumb lines, new electrical, heating, monitoring, fire alarm installations), renovation of the staircase, new elevation of buildings from outside and inside, new ceilings and passenger lifts in some parts of the property.
